I have used this program for so long that I had actually even forgot about it. Free Download Manager allows you to have much more control and power over your downloads. You can pause, stop, restart, limit your upload and download speeds and connections. Free Download Manager has torrent file support so you dont need extra programs for that. I love this program and hope it helps you guys too.

I use it too. Its very helpful if you want to pause a download and resume it the next day.
